Precision Purpose

Private advisory

For the executive who has built everything except the life.

The situation

You're at the level where the obvious problems are solved

The income is handled. The career works. You're good at what you do and people know it. If we were listing achievements, this would be a long section.

And yet something structural is off — and it isn't something you can take to your team, your board, or most of the people in your life, because the honest version sounds ungrateful and you're not interested in being that person.

The sentence, if you said it, is probably close to this:

"I've built something impressive. I'm not sure I'd build it again."

That's not a crisis. It's an inflection point. What you do in the next six months either resolves it or postpones it another five years — and postponing gets more expensive every cycle, because you keep building on top of the misalignment.

Why most help doesn't fit

Your situation doesn't respect the lanes

You've likely considered the options.

An executive coach will work on your leadership and performance — and won't touch your money, because it's outside their scope.

A financial advisor will optimise your portfolio — and won't ask whether the life it's funding is one you chose, because that isn't the engagement.

A therapist will help you understand the pattern — and isn't there to build the strategy, the calendar, or the economic architecture.

Each is right inside their lane. The problem is that your purpose, your leadership, your money, and your time are one interconnected system. The only way to fix it is to work on all four at once, with one person who can hold all four.

That's the entire reason this engagement exists.

Good fit

  • Executives, founders, and business owners at an inflection point
  • High-income professionals whose money and meaning have separated
  • Leaders entering a materially larger role
  • People approaching a chapter change who intend to choose it deliberately

Not a fit

Anyone looking for motivation. Anyone who wants this done to them rather than with them. Anyone unwilling to change a calendar or have a difficult conversation. This engagement changes things — that's the point, and it isn't comfortable.

The six months

Four phases, twenty-six weeks

PhaseWeeksWhat happens
Diagnostic1–3 Full Precision Assessment across purpose, leadership, Personal Economy, time, and relationships. A three-hour deep-dive intensive. A written findings document most clients say is the most honest thing they've read about themselves.
Design4–8 The Signature Life Architecture: ten-year definition, three-year milestones, twelve-month plan, Personal Economy design, leadership operating model.
Installation9–18 Biweekly sixty-minute advisory. Calendar rebuild, decision protocols, financial alignment, and the conversations you've been postponing — prepared for and debriefed.
Integration19–26 Stress-testing under live conditions, course correction, and building the review rhythm you'll run yourself for the rest of your career.

Also included: direct text access between sessions during business hours, all frameworks and templates, the annual review protocol, a partner or spouse session where relevant — often the unlock — and lifetime Personal Economy Mastery membership.

Investment

$7,500 for the six-month engagement

Or six payments of $1,375.

We discuss it on the consultation, after we both know whether it fits. If it doesn't, I'll tell you and point you somewhere that does.

I work with a maximum of twelve clients at a time, and I accept roughly one in three applications. That isn't a sales device — it's what the depth of this work requires.

If $7,500 isn't the right number right now

Start with the Signature Life Intensive at $997. That's the honest answer, and it's why that programme exists. See the Intensive.

Application

Reviewed personally, within two business days

Not an assistant, not a filter. If it looks like a fit, you'll get a calendar link for a forty-five minute consultation — a real conversation about your situation, not a disguised pitch.

This question does the qualifying. An honest "no" saves us both a call.

Reviewed personally by Osazee within two business days.

Confidentiality

Nothing you write here leaves our conversation. Most of my clients' organisations don't know we work together.

What if it isn't a fit?

I'll tell you honestly and point you toward what would actually help. Sometimes that's the Intensive. Sometimes it's a different kind of professional entirely. I'd rather be useful than get the sale.

Case study

Client: Executive Leader, Public Sector
Engagement: Leadership Consulting & Executive Coaching

Situation

A public-sector executive was navigating competing stakeholder expectations while leading a team responsible for delivering critical organizational priorities. The executive needed to strengthen leadership alignment, improve communication, and create greater consistency across the team.

Work

I provided leadership consulting and executive coaching focused on strategic leadership, organizational performance, communication, accountability, and workforce development. The engagement included identifying leadership priorities, establishing clearer expectations, and creating practical strategies for improving team performance.

Change

The executive gained greater clarity around priorities and leadership expectations. The team had a clearer framework for accountability and performance, while the executive had practical tools for communicating priorities and leading people through organizational demands.

Questions before applying

$7,500 is a lot.

It is. It's also less than one quarter of misdirected executive energy costs you, and materially less than most people's cost of staying put for another two years. If the number is genuinely out of reach, start with the Intensive at $997 — that's the honest recommendation.

I don't have time for six months of coaching.

Two sixty-minute calls a month. The engagement doesn't add to your calendar — the first month is largely about removing things from it.

How do I know it'll work?

You don't, and I won't pretend otherwise. That's what the consultation is for — we both decide. I turn down two-thirds of applicants specifically so this doesn't become a leap of faith.

What if I need to stop?

We build in a sixty-day checkpoint. If it isn't working, we end it cleanly and you pay only for what's been delivered.
