The gap between knowing and installing
You've read the book. Maybe you've run the 90-Day Plan. You have the language, the framework, and a definition on paper.
And you've hit the thing everyone hits.
Knowing is solitary. Installing is social.
The change you're trying to make — rebuilding a calendar, renegotiating a role, redirecting money toward a life you chose — has real friction, real cost, and real people who will push back. Nobody does that well alone. Not because they're weak. Because that isn't how humans change.
The Intensive is the room.
The eight weeks
Each week ends with something written down
| Week | Theme | What you leave with |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | The Honest Audit | Where you actually are, minus the story |
| 2 | The Signature Definition | The sentence your life is for, written |
| 3 | Purpose Under Pressure | A plan for when it costs something |
| 4 | The Personal Economy | Income, time, and obligation aligned to the definition |
| 5 | Leading Yourself | Your professional standard, applied to you |
| 6 | The Relationship Ledger | The conversations that make it possible |
| 7 | The Signature Week | A rebuilt calendar, not an intention |
| 8 | The Next Decade | A ten-year arc and a ninety-day start |
Why live, and why capped
I could sell this as a course for a fraction of the work
I won't, because it wouldn't work — and I'd rather have thirty people finish than three hundred enrol.
Completion rates on self-paced programmes are dismal. Not because the content is bad, but because nothing is watching. In a capped live cohort, someone notices when you go quiet in week four. That's the entire mechanism.
Thirty is the largest number where I can still know your name and your situation. That isn't a scarcity device. It's the constraint the format imposes.
Everything included
- Eight live 90-minute sessions with Osazee
- Small-group pods of five — your accountability unit
- Weekly implementation assignments, reviewed
- The full 90-Day Precision Plan ($197 value)

$997, and what that number is doing
It's a significant number, and it should be. A price that doesn't register is a price you'll ignore — and a programme you ignore in week four costs you far more than $997.
The honest comparison isn't against a cheaper course. It's against the cost of another year in a misaligned role, which is not $997. It's the compounding difference between the next decade being chosen or inherited.
We decide together before you pay
Enrolment is by application, and every applicant gets a short call first. If the fit isn't there — wrong season, wrong problem, wrong room — I'll say so and point you at the thing that actually helps. Thirty seats are too few to fill with people who shouldn't be in them.

What clients say after the work
Real, attributed clients — the specific changes they made, in their own words.
“Osazee helped me see the gap between where I was performing and where I was capable of performing. His coaching gave me practical strategies to improve my leadership, communication, and decision-making. I left each session with clarity and specific actions to take.”
“Working with Osazee changed how I think about leadership and personal growth. He challenged me to stop operating from old patterns and start making intentional decisions about my career, relationships, finances, and future. His coaching helped me move from uncertainty to purposeful action.”
“Precision Purpose gave me a framework for thinking differently about my life. After working with Osazee, the book helped me connect my purpose with the way I lead, work, and make decisions. It reminded me that success is not just about achieving more. It is about creating a life that is truly mine.”

The real questions
Can I do the self-paced version instead?
Yes — the 90-Day Precision Plan is $197 and it's genuinely good. If you've already tried a self-paced programme and stalled around week three, that's your answer about which one you need.
What if I miss a session?
Every session is recorded, and your pod keeps you current. Miss more than two and you'll feel it — this works because of participation, not because of content.
I travel constantly.
Sessions are ninety minutes, scheduled well in advance, and recorded. Executives who travel weekly complete this. It's designed for calendars like yours.
How is this different from the book?
The book gives you the framework. The Intensive gives you eight weeks of live work, a pod of five, hot seats on your actual situation, and a plan reviewed by a human being. Same map, guided expedition.
Do I need to have read the book?
Recommended, not required. If you haven't, it's included.
Is there anything after this?
For some people. A small number of graduates move into the Precision Executive Partnership — six months of private advisory. We discuss it on your 1:1 call, and only if it genuinely fits.
